Throughout this year, the recruitment stock of Macari Moore has continued to greatly build. With this, the 6’3” 2025 guard of Ann Arbor Huron High School and The Family program, has continued to see his offer list build.
While Moore entered the year without a division one offer for himself, it did not take too long for that to change. Eastern Michigan became the first school to offer him back in April. Then during the summer, he added additional offers from Central Michigan, Toledo, and Western Michigan. This all came as Moore had a big season on the Nike EYBL while averaging 13.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.6 steals.
Into the fall his stock has only continued to grow with high major programs getting involved in his recruitment. In October Iowa State offered him followed by Louisville as well later that same month.
Of the schools, he has taken visits to Iowa State and Eastern Michigan so far. “I met all the players, and we all went to the football game that night. We also took a photoshoot,” Moore said about his visit to Iowa State. From his long list of suitors, Moore said that Iowa State is definitely recruiting him the hardest currently. Up next for the junior, he is looking to take an official visit to Iowa State.
