The Generation Next Basketball Association “GNBA” has set the bar in a lot of respects for the development of elite middle school talent in the Midwest over the past few years and in 2018 it will enter its 5th year and once again will host some of the top up and coming young prospects in the country.  Focused on development through quality competition, the GNBA middle school platform has fostered some of the premiere talent both regionally and nationally the past few years.

Past alumni include, but are not limited to, David Dejulius (Michigan), Ayo Dosunumu (Illinois), Carte’are Gordon (Saint Louis), Jontay Porter (Missouri), Markese Jacobs (Kansas), Jordan McCabe (West Virginia), Reggie Perry (Arkansas), Courtney Ramey (Louisville De-Commit), Tyler Herro (Wisconsin De-Commit), Tyrese Haliburton (Iowa State), Tyger Campbell (DePaul), Isaiah Kelly (Yale), Desi Sills (Arkansas), Joe Wieskamp (Iowa), Keshawn Justice (Santa Clara), John Diener (DePaul), Ethan Henderson (Arkansas), Grant Basile (Wright State), Talen Horton-Tucker (Iowa State), Mitch Listau (Belmont), Derek Sabin (Belmont), Owen Coburn (South Dakota State), Torrence Watson (Missouri), Gabe Kalscheur (Minnesota), etc. Other high caliber elite prospects that have come up through the development platform include Jalen Suggs, Jalen Johnson, Michael Foster, Anton Brookshire, Nobal Days, Desi Carton, Monty Johal, Patrick Baldwin Jr., etc.  

The 2018 campaign will be open to boys 6th-8th grade teams with two weekends of regional play followed by a championship weekend.  Further, the 2nd annual GNBA Top 40 Camp will also hit the hardwood for top prospects and performers.
