When you start next to Jalen Suggs and Chet Holmgren you can sometimes become an afterthought. But when you're six-foot six-inch prototypical 3 and D wing like Prince Aligbe, you get attention. 10 total offers from schools including Minnesota, Florida, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Iowa State, and others. 24/7 Sports ranks him a 4 star athlete and has him 55th overall in the 2022 class.

Box score viewing doesn't quantify Prince's ability, especially high school since many don't include any stats but scoring (not all schools publish stats they gather). Aligbe is averaging 9.6 points per game for Minnehaha Academy which is a solid contribution behind Suggs, Holmgren and Miller.

Aligbe's real potential is his plus length and athleticism. These attributes allow for extreme versatility allowing him to defend nearly any position on the floor.

Q: How's the season going so far for you?
A: Very well, just been putting all my intangibles together so show my complete game.

Q: I asked Donovan a couple weeks ago what it's like playing with so much talent there at Minnehaha. What's it like for you?
A: Just compete and learn every day to make each other better

Q: How's recruiting going for you?
A: Going really well. A lot of interest from many schools.

Q: Close to narrowing down your list to where you want to go or making any visits?
A: Right now, it’s just been a lot of watching of schools to see their play styles and also connecting with those coaches. My first visit is probably going to be to Iowa State in coming weeks.

Q: Is there anything you're looking for or things that stand out you want in a school?
A: Family atmosphere, great school/education, and good basketball program

Q: Lastly, what music do you guys get ready for games right now?
A: Music that’s speaks to us while getting us hype, like Meek Mill, Lil Baby, Future, etc
