The 2020 City Suburban Shootout is loaded with prospects from top to bottom.  Here’s a quick look at who to watch in the Simeon Fenwick matchup later today…

SIMEON
JEREMIAH WILLIAMS - 6’5 - SG - UNCOMITTED

Williams is one of the most underappreciated players in the state. He is a bouncy guard who has nice length. He has D1 offers and as teams start losing out on commits I expect more teams to come calling. Williams currently holds eight division one offers.

AHAMAD BYNUM - 6’2 - PG – DEPAUL
Bynum is explosive. He is a rim rattling guard who has decided to stay home for college. Bynum showed he was a HM guard as soon as he stepped on the hardwood as a freshman and hasn't slowed down since. He can create for himself and is really hard to stop off the dribble, he should be fun to watch against Trey Pettigrew.

JAYLEN DRANE - 6’2 - PG - UNCOMMITTED
Drane has shown that he is one of the state’s top freshman with his smooth ball handling and nice touch around the rim. Not only is his play on the court elite but his frame is as well. Drane has a lanky frame that I am confident will fill out with some time in the weight room. Jaylen is a great prospect to track for the coming years.

FENWICK
BRYCE HOPKINS - 6’7 - SF - LOUISVILLE

The Louisville commit hasn't slowed down one bit. The junior now stands at 6’7 and is a legit threat to back someone down in the post or take them off the dribble. Hopkins is such a fun player to watch as you rarely see someone his size move the way he does and I am confident his frame will allow him to play immediately at Louisville.

TREY PETTIGREW - 6’4 - PG - UNCOMMITTED
Pettigrew is one of the hottest prospects in 2022. Not just in the state but in the nation. I expect him to keep flying up recruiting boards and to be a top fifty player in the country when it is all said and done. He is a shifty and explosive guard he flies off ball screens and create for himself. Cannot wait to see who guards him today.
